How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer pays for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination within the EU.

All shipments include tracking.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

• Baltic & Nordic countries: 2–5 business days

• Central Europe: 3–7 business days

• Southern & Western Europe: 4–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal peaks.

When will I receive my refund?

If the return is approved, you will receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.

Do you ship outside the European Union?

No. Ammōs Atelier ships exclusively within the European Union.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If your tracking has no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us at info@ammosatelier.com.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every Ammōs Atelier piece is handcrafted in small batches in our studio.

Slight variations in color, texture, or shape are natural characteristics of artisanal work and part of each piece’s uniqueness.


Are your products limited edition?

Yes. Ammōs Atelier creates limited edition pieces, produced in small quantities to ensure quality, exclusivity, and attention to detail.

Once a design or batch sells out, it may not be restocked.
