Refund Policy

At Ammōs Atelier, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our creations are made on a small-scale, artisanal basis, our Return & Refund Policy follows European consumer protection standards while respecting the integrity of handmade work.

1. Returns (EU Only)

Customers within the European Union may request a return within 14 days from the date their order is delivered, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In perfect condition
  • With all original tags and components
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos.

In these cases, Ammōs Atelier will cover return shipping costs and offer either a full replacement or a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and artisanal production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized pieces
  • Earrings (if applicable in the future)
  • Any item showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Please note: All Ammōs Atelier pieces are handmade. Small variations in color, texture, or shape are natural characteristics and do not constitute defects.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first request a return within the 14-day return window. Once the original item is approved and received, you may place a new order for the replacement piece.

Direct exchanges without a return are not possible.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

6. Additional Notes

Ammōs Atelier is based in Estonia and ships exclusively within the European Union.

All returns must be shipped using a trackable postal or courier service.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
